Loving on the Cats...My Besties Style

Hello Fellow Crafters,

Today I am sharing with you my card designed with one of the new My Besties Cat Ladies Collection of digital images Sherri Baldy has designed. I love cats and had a couple before I got my mini dauchsund 10 years ago. I am having such sweet memories of my last cat which was a Persian named Thomas. I loved him so much so I am having fun coloring and designing with these images.  And you can find the assortment of Cat Ladies Series in The My Besties Shop HERE.

I hope I tickled your creativity on taking advantage of the extra pages of elements you receive with some of the 3D Decoupage Sheets. I love how a lot of the colors and designs coordinate with each other. I used the big flowers from the Ella Bella sheet and cut out my scalloped hearts from the design. And as you notice the striped pink flower design paper I also used and gave it more of a feminine touch using my Anna Griffin Jolie Lace die and embossing folder.

Now for my second project I used a My Besties Colored Printable sheet  called Aug35 with these adorable cuties sitting in a pumpkin.  Aren't they so adorable. Now the fun part of creating with the digital Colored Printables is that you can use them in so many ways by enlarging or shrinking the size. For this project you can see I cut it up and turned it into a 3D Decoupage project. I have even used these printable as miniature tags, deco for gift baskets, boxes and more. I Love Big Hats and I Cannot Lie...

Today I am sharing a fun half circle card featuring a brand new release image by Sherri Baldy/My Besties Designs. She is a digital image and you can find her here. I love hats small, large, old fashion and more. I even love wearing them. So this My Besties digital image852 brought a smile to my little old crafting heart as I colored and designed my card. And what I love about Sherri Baldy's/My Besties Designs is there are usually new ones released often and they are all such adorable cuties. If you are a hat lover like me you can check out this Pinterest site with all the My Besties with Hats images here. As a matter of fact they are several folders with the different styles you may need or want by alphabetical order and you can go here.  So with that...I must say in the familiar tune  " I love big hats and I cannot lie".

I had fun destressing the edges here and there with a sponge and ink pad. The ribbon I cut several strips layering them and the last/bottom strip I cut into fringe strips and clamped together with a brad from my stash.
