Christmas is in the Air...

Happy Holidays...Fellow Crafters,

Today I would like to share a project I had fun working on. I put

together a lovely Christmas Gift bag and Card set using a variety of sheets from the We Are 3 Digital Papers - Peppermint Collection Designed by Bonnie Kohane along with some of her lovely Sentiments in her Seasonal Wishes Sentiments.  

I had in my Stash of goodies a package of  12 piece small(5.25 x 3inch) white craft bags by Paper Studio I bought at Hobby Lobby for 50% off. Such a great buy and fun for designing your own gift bags. For this Christmas Bag and Card Set I chose to use some of the digital Design sheets from the lovely and fun We Are 3 -Peppermint Digital Paper Collection . 

Here is the lovely card I designed to go with it...also using sheets from the Peppermint Collection.

The diecuts I used are by Spellbinders and Anna Griffin.

I hope I inspired you to have fun using digital papers and/or trying something new by designing your own gift bag and card sets.

Bee Garden with My Besties 3D and More

Hello Fellow Crafters,

November Monthly Challenge Started over at one of my favorite Challenge Blogs-My Besties 3D and More and we are ready for your fabulous entries with THEME: Anything Goes with a My Besties image. And if you visit the My Besties Shop you have such a fun variety of fabulous image styles you can play and create your project with. For instance: 3D Decoupage Sheets, Pre-colored Printables, Digital images, Rubber Stamps and More. 

Today my fun Design Team Project is a pocket card using a new My Besties Printable Design 8 Sheet Paper pack called Bee Garden.

Isn't this Bee Garden paper the cutest. I am loving the adorable bee's, flowers, polka dots, flowers and oranges and red colors. This is such a happy pack you can use for so many different occasions.

I love making 3D Decoupage images so I cropped and printed that adorable corner Bee peeking over and had her pop out with all her cuteness.  I used one of the Anna Griffin Border Edge die and embossing folder to fancy up my pocket card.

Love and Fun with Digital Papers

Using We Are 3 Digital Papers/Butterfly Sky Collection and Sentiments-Be Attitudes

Today I am sharing an Encouragement card I made as I played around and layered some lovely We Are 3 Digital Papers - Butterfly Sky Collection and Be Attitudes Sentiments giving my layers a intricate touch by using my Spellbinders dies. I am so in love with this Butterfly Sky Collection/8 page pack available in the Miss Daisy Stamps Store. I used 3 different sheets from the pack and I love that I can size and print what I need and/or emphasis on a specific area of the paper by cropping.


My Printer Information:
 I have an HP Printer and take advantage of their HP Instant Ink Service which offers several monthly packages depending on your printing needs. I choose the smallest package and can print up to 50 pages per month $2.99 ink is sent for my specific printer as I need. I do get an email saying I am a few pages before hitting my limit and if I go over they offer an overage package of $1.00 for the next 15 pages and 01.cent for each page after that. And my unused pages do Rollover.  If you have an HP(Hewlett Packard) Printer and decide to sign up through the Link I shared you get the first Month Free as my(Antoinette Tristan) Friend.  I am not a paid advertiser for them...I just wanted to share hoping if you have an HP this would help you be Cost wise...it is a time and money saver for me...just saying.

Here is what I did a little different for this intricate design on using my Spellbinders dies. I used to halves of the Timeless Rectangle dies to make my cards foundation larger.

The next Step:

I love how my card came out. I even had fun cutting a strip from a scrap of the  Butterfly sheets with the butterflies on it to put in my little bottle.

A Pocket Full of...Thankfulness

I have a picture tutorial on how

On this pocket card project...I took advantage of my Anna Griffin Ribbon die, April Garden Edge dies and embossing folder to give my pocket card a special look especially since I was going to have one of the We Are 3 Digital Papers - Thankful Recipe Cards in it as an insert. I merged in the We Are 3 -  Be Attitudes encouraging  Scripture sentiments.

   
     My Pocket Card with 2 inserts one as note card and the Recipe Card can be used as a book marker.

I am loving that Autumn is in the air here in Texas. I don't feel it has completely arrived but I am enjoying how it gives me touches of cool mornings and evenings here and there.  And I love seeing all the fall colors popping in on the trees and harvest time decorations at the stores.

Let me Encourage You - Recipe Cards

Hello Fellow Crafters,

Today I am sharing an old but new project I have done with my store bought recipe cards. I started doing this a few years back as an encouragement to myself when struggling through some challenges in my life journey. For instance...I knew I had faith the size of a mustard seed...so I would look for scriptures to keep me in the direction(s) to stay focused on the golden nuggets God left me in his word as my Abba(Father) God and me as his child to stand firm in faith keeping my eyes on him to do what was needed to get me through.   ++++++++

I would hand write my Recipe, Directions, Ingredients by hand
...but now with technology and creative Digital Designers like Bonnie Kohane these lovely and fabulous Recipe cards-Butterflies

are available through We Are 3 Digital Papers in the Miss Daisy Stamps Store so you can merge in Scriptures, Sentiments that are available in pgn.file format in the We Are 3 Digital Papers Collection of goodies.  And how appropriate to have butterflies on these recipe cards...as they are a symbol of new beginnings.

I used these lovely Butterfly Recipe Cards as inserts into my cards that I give to Friends and/or they can be used alone as BookMarkers.

I used Word.doc to merge the We Are 3 Digital Paper "Courage Sentiments" in front of these Butterflies Recipe cards by using the "Layout Options" and choosing the "Text Wrapping" option "Through" to lay the sentiments in front of the recipe cards.

Today I am sharing a special "Thank You" card using the lovely Butterfly Sky Digital Paper Collection Designed by We Are 3 Digital Papers  available in the Miss Daisy Stamps Store.

 I love being able to print digital papers on my printer and the options you have for instance; merging in a pgn.file, cropping, enlarging or making a smaller frame of something in the design.

Using Miss Daisy Stamps - Card Kit/Pumpkin Girl Autumn

I am a Facebook Group Follower of Miss Daisy Stamps and invite you to pop on over and join the Facebook Group HERE. There was a recent Digital Paper Promotion with all kinds of Games and Freebies and I believe if you go to the Miss Daisy Stamps Store you will still find a few Freebies available.  Anywho...I am so excited I won a fabulous Card Kit/Pumpkin Girl Autumn. And I made some special You Are a Blessing treat bags with several of the Design Papers.

Below is a picture tutorial on how I put together these easy to make 4"x5" treat bags made with these lovely We Are 3 Digital papers.

Once I made the treat bags from one of the We Are 3 Digital Design Papers in the Card Kit I also printed and cut as needed elements from the Digital Pumpkin Girl Autumn Card Kit for my treat bag design. The lovely colorful Autumn Blessings Sentiment is a Freebie in the Miss Daisy Stamps Store. The beautifully precolored Autumn Wagon Digital image in the medallion was merged in and is available as a pgn.file.

Today I am excited to share a fun tag featuring a My Besties Designs /Sherri Baldy pre-colored Oct Printable  4 image you can find it in the My Besties Shop along with several other pre-colored digital images that are fun and fabulous. 

Here is the backside of my tag.

I had so much fun making this tag. Crafting is always a sweet pleasure for me. I seem to go into another world where there is no hate...no pain...no sadness. I can just allow God to bless my thoughts and hands as his loving-kindness pours out of my spirit and soul on to paper. I have been having a really hard and painful time physically the past month and a half. My body seems to be rebelling and not cooperating on some new things I am wanting to do with my Mom who has moved in with me but I am feeling so blessed to have her with me. I know in time my body will teach me to slow down and take in slower and enjoy my time with her and create at a slower pace.

Through it all I know...that I know God is with me and encourages and fills my heart with his love and joy.
