Fun with Pastel Colours

Hello Everyone...

Sharing this sweet card I had fun decorating with a palette of pastel colors and giving it a frilly girly touch is even better. I have always loved pastels and decided to play with my pgn.file Design Paper by The Paper Shelter that comes with their image The Music Practice. That is what is so fun about their Digital image packages..with some you get the background design paper with their digi's another that is even pre-colored. The image I am using with this card is called 'Spring Enchantment' and it came with it's own Design Paper but I was inspired by the other Design Paper which made me what to create my own color palette for my image not the one that went with this image. What a blessing to have creative choices.

Extra Decorated Embellishments: Embossing Folder, Diecuts & Punch

Decorating Details:
I colored my precious image/Spring Enchantment with Spectrum Noir with touches of Faber-Castell and a white gel pen. As I was working towards adding my embellishments to my card I could not find my Memory Box/Blooming Vine die...so I had to get creative and use my Cottage Cutz/Garden Birdhouse die and fuzzy cut the leaves out which turned out much better in reference to proportion size for fitting my little scene. I am so glad I bought my dainty little Memory Box/Rounded Fence die...it has come in so handy when I want to create a cute little flowered fence scene.  The beautiful intricately detailed window is a diecut by Spellbinders/Window Two. I love that you can leave the windows slightly open if you want. And the beautiful designed Butterfly Flourish is by Joanna Sheen. I did a double layer one of parchment paper to give it a delicate, dainty look. My tag dies are 1) from Spellbinders/Back to Basics Tags and 2)from Cuttlebug.  I used Martha Stewart/Vintage handpunch for the edge and Anna Griffin/Cuttlebug-Circular Grid Embossing Folder. My cutsie flowers are from The Rubber Buggy and flower cabachons are from the Peachy Chic Boutique.
